Please meet on the day and time selected, as indicated on your purchase receipt, at the location indicated below for your specific tour or event.

PIONEER SQUARE GHOST TOUR:

Tour will begin at the YE OLDE CURIOSITY SHOP, Pier 54, 1001 Alaskan Way on the Seattle waterfront.

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS GHOST HUNT:

University Heights Center (in the U District)

5031 University Way NE

Seattle, WA 98105

Please enter the building through the SW entrance off of Brooklyn Ave. NE.

CHECK IN DETAILS:

For the SPOOKED IN SEATTLE GHOST TOUR, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time and check in with the tour guide.

For GHOST HUNTS, please arrive at the event location at least 30 minutes prior to the start time and check in with the investigator, in order to take care of any necessary paperwork/details.

BE AWARE (SPOOKED IN SEATTLE GHOST TOUR):

*THIS IS A WALKING TOUR, taking place mostly outside (please dress appropriately for the weather).

*THERE IS NO PUBLIC RESTROOM AVAILABLE. Please take care of your needs prior to arriving. We also can not guarantee facilities will be available during the course of the tour.

*PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE TOUR UNLESS PROOF OF AN OFFICIAL SERVICE ANIMAL IS PROVIDED. This is for the consideration of other guests on the tour, as well as a city ordinance prohibiting animals from establishments, such as Merchant's Café, that provide food.

*WE DO NOT PROVIDE PARKING. Street parking and parking facilities are available in the area.

Children are welcome on this tour, however, if you have a child that is sensitive to the dark or scary stories this may not be for them. This tour is not stroller or wheelchair friendly!

Always be several minutes early, and take traffic into account. We start promptly at the designated tour time and do not want to leave anyone behind.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you must cancel, please notify us at least two (2) hours prior to the tour.

NO REFUNDS unless WE cancel a tour. NO EXCEPTIONS. Reschedule only if cancellation is received at least two (2) hours prior to tour time. NO RESCHEDULE IF CANCELLATION RECEIVED LESS THAN TWO (2) HOURS PRIOR, OR FOR “NO SHOW”.

Be aware that during any tour or event, Spooked in Seattle reserves the right to ask anyone who appears to be intoxicated and/or disruptive to the group to leave, and no refunds will be given.

Also note that photos are allowed, but NO audio or video recording of any kind, without prior approval.

We kindly ask you to make arrangements for a gratuity for your tour guide.
